Stakeholder communications
Most of Bounce's work is stakeholder communications — we just don't usually use the phrase. It means helping organisations explain complex, scrutinised work to everyone with a stake in it: Parliament and the public, employees and journalists, regulators and local communities.
Many audiences, one message
The organisations we work with rarely have a single audience. A statutory report is read by scientists, ministers and the media. An infrastructure project has to carry employees, political audiences and the communities it affects. The same message has to work for all of them — accurately, clearly, and under scrutiny.
How we work
We start with research and editorial thinking: understanding what each audience needs, finding one clear voice, and making sure a simplification never becomes a distortion. Design then carries the message to people who won't read every page — infographics, summaries and materials that travel from a parliamentary report to a briefing room to social channels.
