The challenge

The IET was replacing every one of its legacy platforms with a single system — the biggest change programme in its history. Change on that scale touches how everyone works, and support for it depends on people understanding why it is happening.

Our approach

We built the communications around one question — ‘why?’ — explaining the reasons for the change before the detail of it, so people could see what it meant for them and get behind it.
