LondonUnderground wanted to replace a decades old paper-based system of keeping track of employees certification and training records. The solution needed to work in underground stations and in tunnels.

The tablet app was was very well received and saved on average 47mins for each assessment and revolutionised how many of the day-to-day management processes were carried out. The reduction in time not only saved millions of pounds (that can now be used to improve services) but freed up vast amount of managers' time to look after customers.
